INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR SEASON 11!


What does this mean for you?

  1. You will have an individual parent portal to register your dancer for all classes they are eligible for by age group.

  2. You will also be able to view your charge/payment history, your dancer’s class schedule and to pay for classes online with a credit or debit card with no additional fees attached. (The debit card will replace the online bank draft payment you have been making through Quickbooks.) Please note that you will still be able to pay at the front desk with check or cash, if you prefer.

  3. We have added the Studio Director Log In link to the bottom right hand corner of our website pages for easy access.

How do you set up your Parent Portal?

 1. Access Studio Director by clicking the button below or enter the address below on your website address search.

  • If you are a new family and did not dance with Element during the 2018-2019 Fall/Spring season, you will select Click Here to Register and will first be asked to enter your Contact Information which will include an email address. This will be your Log In in the future. You will then need to set up a password. How Did you hear about us is optional, but very helpful. We ask that you enter an Emergency Contact other than the primary guardian(s). Select Next and enter the Student Information. Finally, the Student Waiver & Release of Liability must be accepted to finalize your enrollment.

  • Be sure to select Enroll Here and then select Season 11. You will now be able to view the class schedules for the season. Since the classes have age requirements, you will only be able to view the options available for your dancer(s) age(s). You will select the class(es) and then Studio Director will ask you if you are sure you want to enroll you or your dancer in the class(es) of which you will say Yes or No. If you answer No, you will be taken back to the class schedule. If you answer Yes, you will see an Enrollment Confirmation.

  • Checkout: It is important to note that enrollment is not complete until you have gone through the Checkout screens. If the Payment Amount shows 0.00, you will need to enter the tuition amount shown on the previous screen, Class Cost Due Now. Then select Next.

  • Finally, you will need to read the Approve and Finish terms, check the box next to 'I have read........' and then select Accept. You should receive an email with the confirmation of your enrollment. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the front desk so we can be of assistance.
